The WGCB is part of a a growing initiative in our region to create easy access to music education through collaboration in our community.

The band is closely linked to regional bands and communities through combined workshops and concerts. We are also in direct contact with the music programs of all major primary and secundary schools in our region.

On top of that the WSCB offers their own instrumental music education, all by qualified and experienced teachers with Working With Children Checks (WWCC). Rates are in line with the Victorian Music Teachers Association and start at $33.50 per session.

We currently offer in-house lessons on clarinet, saxophone and flute, as well as entry level recorder, Tootflute, Doodflute and J-sax lessons from 8 years old. We can also create easy access to instrumental music education on ALL other instruments!!
